This two-year course offers master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, to enable fresh students and junior media professionals to build a thriving career in the desired segment of media. The areas covered by this condensed, elevated, and rather prolific course are fundamentals of mass communication; mass media and industry; print journalism (reporting and editing); media arts (radio, TV, films, and internet); advertising; photography; behavioral science; communication skills; public relations and corporate communication; specialized reporting and feature writing; media laws and ethics; media analysis; media planning and brand management; etc. After completion of this rich course, students are eligible to assist efficiently professional and well-established journalists and news reporters, publishers, television producers and directors, production designers, public relations officers, scriptwriters, filmmakers, etc. Later on, after gaining some experience in the concerned field, they can become anyone or more of these personalities.
